Leslie Ross Crane, moved to Telluride in 1973, where she later met her husband and raised a daughter. Leslie has worked various jobs throughout the years, but her educational and professional background is in psychology, which she used for many years as a social worker for the County, and later as a licensed professional counselor for the local Center for Mental Health. Seven years ago, Leslie and her husband realized their dream of returning to the beach to spend winters, and have, up until this past winter, been leading the snowbird life. It was this change, that brought Leslie to the Museum in 2006, as it was the perfect summer job, and she has been thrilled to become part of the Museum team. As there are fewer and fewer of those 70’s types still living in the area, Leslie is becoming an artifact.
