The Valley Floor’s human history began with the Nuchu, or Utes, who were the first people to visit the Telluride Valley Floor and are the area’s longest continuous residents. Join us at the Museum as former Uintah and Ouray Ute Tribe Chairman Roland McCook discusses the valley’s changing connection to native peoples.
