The Social- We Need Your Help!

The Social will celebrate the colorful history of Telluride in the ’90s while promoting local distilleries and distributors. The event will be a great opportunity for both locals and tourists to come out and support the Telluride Historical Museum while tasting libations inspired by the 1990s cocktail renaissance and enjoying stories of Telluride’s colorful and not so distant past.

Alongside the cocktail tasting will be a popup exhibit exploring Telluride’s 1990s history, culture and development. Some of the best Telluride traditions were born in this decade such as Blues and Brews,Telluride AIDS Benefit, Ah Haa School for the Arts, the gondola…the list goes on!

We would love your help in creating our pop-up exhibit! Please share  your photos from the ’90s with us and/or let us know if you have any ‘artifacts’ you’re interested in loaning to help bring the exhibit to life. Contact Theresa at theresa@telluridemuseum.org if you’d like to contribute to the pop up.

Don’t have any photos or artifacts to lend to the cause?  You can still help us by volunteering for the event!  We need help with set-up, tear-down, and event staffing.  All volunteers receive free admission and drink tickets to the event as well as our eternal gratitude.  Sound interesting?  Please email Pepper at pepper@telluridemuseum.org if you would like to help out.
